About the Role We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Website Developer & Maintenance Executive to manage, update, and enhance the official website of our IAS Academy. The candidate will be responsible for website development, regular updates, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless digital experience for our students. This is a regular on-site job no work from home allowed . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain the Academy’s website (front-end and back-end). Update course details, faculty profiles, announcements, and content on a regular basis. Ensure website security, backup, and smooth functioning at all times. Optimize website speed, SEO, and user experience. Coordinate with the content team to upload study materials, blogs, test series, and event updates. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. Integrate payment gateways, student dashboards, and online test modules as required. Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements for better reach and performance. Eligibility Criteria Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Proven experience in website development and maintenance . Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, WordPress (or similar CMS) . Familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, and website optimization . Ability to work independently and manage multiple updates with accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Experience in managing educational/edtech websites . Knowledge of LMS (Learning Management Systems), online test platforms, and digital payment integrations . Creative mindset with basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc.). What We Offer Competitive salary package (depending on skills and experience).
