Job Title: Associate- Program Support for a leading Learning and Development consultancy firm based in Pune. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with 3-4 years of experience who can support coordination and collateral preparation for our Learning & Development (L&D) projects . This role is ideal for someone who has strong organizational and client-facing skills and has a knack for generating creative ideas. Key Responsibilities: Interacting and building rapport with clients and consultants for the execution of training programs Prepare collaterals, like PowerPoints, workbooks, marketing presentations using MS PowerPoint, Word, CANVA Managing office on a day-to-day basis Do research for upgrading our collaterals, marketing materials etc. Additional responsibilities as per the organizational requirements aligning to the individual's strengths Key Skills: Mastery in creating PowerPoint presentations and using word and excel Competency with new-age software and platforms such as Canva, ChatGPT Familiarity with social media tools and platforms Eye for detail and good organisational skills Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficiency with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn). Basic knowledge of content design tools (Canva or similar) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Client-focused mindset with professional presence. Desired Attributes: Friendly and collaborative approach, with a strong inclination towards teamwork.
