Job Description We are looking for a proactive and dynamic MBA graduate to join our team as a Business Development Executive (Tenders & Client Relations) . The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relations, and assisting the management in tender-related activities. Key Responsibilities Regularly monitor tender websites (GeM, eProcurement, DCI, IWAI, Port Trusts, etc.) for suitable tenders in civil, marine, and structural engineering sectors. Shortlist relevant tenders and prepare summary reports for management approval. Approach potential clients, consultants, and government departments to promote company services. Draft and send professional emails and proposals to clients. Coordinate with technical and finance teams for bid preparation and submission. Maintain a database of ongoing and upcoming tenders, along with follow-up schedules. Support the management in business development meetings and presentations. Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients. Required Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil. Basic understanding of tendering and business development. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet browsing. Good organizational and follow-up skills.
