Your Role As the Partnerships Coordinator , you’ll be responsible for: Strengthening and expanding CSR partnerships to secure funds for all TARA programmes. Writing compelling grant applications and fundraising proposals. Organising impactful donor events and program visits. Leading a small team and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Developing engaging content for LinkedIn, online campaigns, and more. We’re Looking For Someone Who Holds a postgraduate degree (MBA preferred). Has 2-5 years of experience in fundraising and CSR partnerships. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Is skilled in budget handling and multitasking under pressure. JOB MISSION To support the Capacity Building Lead by ensuring that all program data is systematically recorded, analyzed, and utilized for effective decision-making. The role involves monitoring program performance, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping teams introspect and implement solutions for improved performance. JOB SCOPE The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will work closely with program teams to track progress, identify challenges, and encourage critical reflection to enhance program effectiveness. The role will support data-driven operations, promote a culture of continuous learning, and help teams implement best practices to optimize outcomes. The officer will also play a crucial role in preparing and presenting impact reports, ensuring transparency and accountability in program implementation. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Program Monitoring and Team Learning: ● Collaborate with program teams to identify key data insights needed for effective program monitoring and evaluation ● Ensure implementation of systematic data collection across all TARA programs as per the impact assessment schedule. ● Maintain and update data records, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with established frameworks. ● Develop and refine data collection tools and methodologies to enhance accuracy and usability. ● Facilitate team discussions to reflect on program data, encouraging introspection and shared learning. ● Support teams in identifying key takeaways from data insights and applying them to improve program effectiveness. Performance Evaluation and Implementation of Solutions: ● Track and assess program performance against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). ● Analyze collected data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. ● Guide teams in deriving lessons from performance data and collaboratively brainstorming solutions. ● Work with program teams to integrate learning outcomes into program strategies and action plans. ● Foster a collaborative learning culture where teams proactively seek solutions to enhance their impact. Impact Assessment: ● Lead the preparation of the annual Impact Assessment Report, consolidating findings from all programs. ● Ensure impact reports are well-structured, data-driven, and provide actionable insights. ● Work closely with program teams to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback. ● Facilitate structured discussions on impact findings to drive improvements and best practices. ● Conduct assessments, interviews and surveys, as needed, for a robust Impact Assessment Report Compliance, Knowledge Sharing, and Best Practices: ● Ensure adherence to best practices in monitoring, learning, and evaluation. ● Stay updated on sector trends and integrate relevant methodologies into evaluation processes. ● Support the Capacity Building Lead in refining evaluation frameworks and fostering knowledge-sharing across teams. ● Promote an environment of learning and continuous improvement, ensuring teams feel empowered to innovate and adapt. PROFILE REQUIRED: Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field. Experience : ● Suitable for an early-career professional with prior experience in program monitoring, evaluation, or data management. ● Familiarity with impact assessment methodologies and KPI tracking. ● Familiarity with Airtable is an added advantage. Skills: ● Strong analytical and data management skills. ● Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data visualization tools. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. ● Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Personal Attributes: ● Organized and methodical with a keen eye for detail. ● Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented. ● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster learning and collaboration within teams.
