Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive at Tapsham Architects. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and maintaining effective communication channels. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and working closely with the sales team to identify and pursue potential clients. This role is based in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with ad agency/freelancers for Google Ads & Meta Ads. Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn). Plan & execute monthly content calendar (12–15 posts). Track and report campaign performance (CPL, lead source, conversions). Handle inbound leads from ads, website, and social media. Work with BD caller to ensure quick follow-ups. Create and promote lead magnets (eBooks, Cost Guides). Build tie-ups with builders, real estate brokers, and housing societies. Organize local events/workshops in apartment complexes. Ensure site branding (sign boards at active projects). Maintain CRM data for all leads. Share weekly and monthly reports on lead generation performance Qualifications Experience in Market Planning and conducting Market Research Strong Communication skills Proven Sales and Marketing abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Experience in the interior design and architecture industry is a plus
