Role & responsibilities Knowledge in AutoCAD and preparing BOQ; experience in bills checking and verification. Prepare BOQ, check and verify bills, and visit sites as needed. Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. Ensure quality control of materials, workmanship, and construction Communicate with architects, contractors, and vendors for project execution. Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with contractors & vendors; Ensure interior works are executed as per drawings and quality standards vehicle will be given, travel expenses will be covered.
