Our proprietary AI models monitor kitchen SOPs, staff hygiene, and inventory compliance — ensuring that every F&B brand operates smarter, safer, and more efficiently. We are currently running live pilots with two multi-brand outlets across India, where our critical use cases are deployed and actively monitored to deliver measurable operational insights About the Role As a Co-Founder leading the business function, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing TANSU AI’s go-to-market and growth strategy. You’ll work closely with our CTO & Co-Founder, Jenifer Rajendren, who leads the technology and product vision, while you focus on building client relationships, strategic partnerships, and business expansion. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, a deep understanding of hospitality operations, and the ability to turn vision into measurable growth. Key Responsibilities:- Lead client acquisition and onboarding efforts across restaurants, QSRs, and hospitality chains. Define go-to-market strategies for product pilots and paid conversions. Build and manage strategic partnerships with POS providers, CCTV vendors, and industry consultants. Represent TANSU at relevant hospitality networks and stakeholder meetings. Collaborate with the tech team to align customer feedback with product roadmap. Create and oversee business processes for scalability and compliance. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 4+ years of experience in the hospitality or F&B industry (consulting, operations, or business management). Strong business development, sales, and client engagement skills. Proven ability to manage relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders. Entrepreneurial drive and willingness to work in an early-stage startup environment. Based in Bangalore ONLY !!! Compensation & Structure Equity-based partnership during the pre-revenue phase.
