The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, executing BTL and customer engagement initiatives, and managing overall store operations. This is a leadership role requiring proven experience in the jewellery retail sector, strong business acumen, and the ability to create an outstanding shopping experience for customers. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage and oversee daily store operations with focus on excellence. 2. Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve sales and service excellence. 3. Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized engagement to build long-term relationships. 4. Plan and execute BTL marketing activities and customer engagement programs to increase store footfall. 5. Achieve and exceed store sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets. 6. Monitor and control inventory, stock levels, and implement loss prevention measures. 7. Ensure compliance with brand standards, processes, and company policies. 8. Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns effectively. Qualifications & Skills Mandatory: Proven experience as a Store Manager in Jewellery Retail. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of customer service excellence and customer satisfaction drivers. Knowledge of retail loss prevention and inventory management. Strongw organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in handling BTL activities and customer engagement initiatives.
