Job Title : Production Manager Location : Nashik Department : Production / Manufacturing Reports To : Head – Manufacturing Operations / Plant Head Experience Required : 10+ years (preferably in the Cooling Appliances / HVAC / Refrigeration Industry Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in manufacturing coolers, refrigeration units, or cooling systems . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the entire production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. The candidate must possess in-depth technical knowledge of cooling systems and extensive experience in managing shop-floor operations, team leadership, and production planning. Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Execution Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, machinery, material). Coordinate with Planning, Purchase, Design, and QA departments. Process Optimization Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Reduce production costs and waste without compromising on quality. Implement best practices in assembly lines and testing processes for cooling appliances. Team Management Supervise and mentor production teams, line supervisors, and technicians. Ensure adequate training and skill development for team members. Monitor workforce productivity and resolve any performance issues. Quality Assurance Collaborate with QA/QC teams to maintain product quality standards.
