Minimum 1 year experience of project-management/team-management. Skilled in Google applications or similar; MS Word, Excel. Skilled in AI tools, Applications like Photoshop, Canva and other photograph or video editing applications. is prefered. Other prefered pre-requisites: 1. Knowledge in education & policy; knowledge and experience in teacher training, instructional and administrative tasks. 2. Interpersonal skills, people management skills, prompt and precise documentation skills. 3. Creative problem-solving skills, compassionate leader who is unbiased of religion, ethnic groups, gender or socio-economic status of a person. 4. Report making and report writing. 5. Someone with a deep sense of purpose in the role of education in Manipur. 6. Keen eye to identify strengths, and comfortable to give and take feedback. 7. Energetic and driven, loves travelling and exploring different cultures / traditions / food.
