Minimum requirements for this position include a Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or a related field, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Preferred qualifications include experience with commercial FEA software such as Ansys or Maxwell, as well as a basic knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
