As a Customer Care Executive (Sales + Inbound) at IFB Automotive Pvt Ltd, located in Whitefield, Bengaluru, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Handling customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. - Managing inbound calls effectively to provide information and resolve issues promptly. - Collaborating with the sales team to promote products and services to potential customers. - Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Graduates from any field are eligible to apply (Engineering graduates are not eligible). - Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Tamil languages. - Age limit for applicants is 32 years. - Immediate joiners preferred. Please note that the working hours for the Inbound process are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with 6 days working. During the one-month training period, you will receive a salary. Post-training, the shift timings may vary between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please be informed that there is no cab facility provided.
