Job description:Customer support executive Location: Porur, Chennai Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1 year experience Work Timing: 09.30AM - 06.30PM About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn. Male candidates must be open to occasional field visits (client meetings) once or twice a week. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries through phone calls or in-person communication. Provide accurate information and support to clients. Maintain records and update data using basic Excel. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. Perform daily documentation and typing tasks as required.
