Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter Travel Therapists (Night Shift) Company: PDTX – Therapy Staffing Solutions Location: Chennai, India Job Type: Full-Time (Remote) Salary: 40,000/month (Negotiable based on experience) Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) Experience Required: 1–3 years (US Healthcare Recruitment preferred) About PDTX PDTX is a specialized therapy staffing company based in the United States, connecting Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), and Assistants with top healthcare facilities across the U.S. We are expanding our global recruitment operations and are looking for dedicated recruiters to join our Chennai team. Key Responsibilities Source and screen qualified healthcare professionals (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA) for travel assignments in the US. Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, availability, and interest. Manage candidate pipeline using internal ATS and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Coordinate with credentialing and compliance teams to ensure documentation is complete. Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure high engagement. Meet daily/weekly targets for submissions and interviews. Understand visa, licensing, and credentialing requirements for different US states (training provided). Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare/Staffing recruitment. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Familiarity with US time zones and healthcare terminologies is a plus. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently under minimal supervision. Ability to work night shifts consistently (EST hours).
