Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager with prior experience in solar industry sales , specifically in dealer/channel development. You will be responsible for managing channel sales and dealer network expansion in the Haryana and Punjab region. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand dealer/distributor networks in assigned territory Manage and grow channel sales for solar PV panels and solar thermal systems Regular client visits, dealer coordination, and B2B partner meetings Support sales campaigns, trade shows, and regional promotional activities Provide timely updates on competition, pricing, and market trends Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements Experience: 3 - 5 years in solar product sales (PV Panels, Solar Water Heaters, or Renewable Systems) Proven track record in dealer development and channel sales. Comfortable with regional travel in Haryana/Punjab (Sirsa, Hisar, Bathinda, etc.) Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-starter with strong execution and reporting discipline.
