We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Deputy General Manager (DGM) / General Manager (GM) – Operations & Projects to oversee operational functions and manage key projects on a hybrid, part-time basis. This role is designed for senior professionals who excel in operations management, process optimization, and cross-functional project delivery, while maintaining flexible working arrangements. As DGM/GM Operations & Projects, you will be responsible for streamlining operations, ensuring the effective execution of strategic initiatives, and aligning project outcomes with organizational goals. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and drive performance improvements while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. The hybrid arrangement provides the opportunity to handle strategic planning remotely while participating in in-person meetings for key project milestones and team alignment. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operational activities and ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. Plan, execute, and oversee large-scale projects across multiple departments. Develop and monitor operational KPIs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery. Build and lead high-performing teams, providing mentorship and guidance. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to maintain business continuity. Act as the primary liaison between senior leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred. 8–12 years of progressive experience in operations and project management, with leadership experience at a senior level. Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing across departments. Experience managing budgets and driving strategic initiatives. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
