Key Responsibilities 1. Platform Support and Maintenance Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Python-based applications developed with Django and Flask frameworks. Troubleshoot issues related to APIs, ONVIF protocols, and real-time communication using Socket APIs. 2. Incident Management and Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and recommend preventive measures. 3. Database Operations Support database performance by analyzing and optimizing PostgreSQL queries, stored procedures, and data integrity. 4. Cloud and Deployment Management Collaborate with cloud platform teams (AWS, Azure DevOps) to monitor, deploy, and manage services. Resolve deployment issues and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform updates. 5. Edge Device Support Provide support for edge-based solutions involving devices like Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano, etc. Assist with MQTT/CID messaging protocol implementation for seamless device communication. 6. Client Interaction and Training Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their technical queries and ensuring timely resolutions. Deliver training sessions and create user-friendly documentation for platform features. 7. Documentation and Reporting Maintain and update technical documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides. Generate detailed reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions.
