Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Educational Counselor role based in Noida. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students regarding their career paths, advising on educational programs, and addressing student queries. Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions, assisting in program enrollment, maintaining student records, and supporting individuals in making informed decisions about their educational needs. Qualifications Expertise in Educational Consulting, Student Counseling, and Career Counseling Strong Communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information to students and parents Knowledge of education systems and programs to provide accurate guidance Ability to build trust and maintain a professional approach while addressing student needs Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Prior experience in a counseling or similar role will be an advantage
