The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Shopify product management, third-party marketplace integrations, and troubleshooting sync issues. This project has a strict deadline of September 25. Key Responsibilities: Import and upload 583 products into Shopify with complete accuracy. Ensure full synchronization of Shopify catalog with Target+ marketplace. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve listing, pricing, or inventory errors. Verify that all products meet compliance requirements for both Shopify and Target+. Deliver a fully functional, error-free setup by the deadline. Requirements: Proven experience with Shopify (including bulk product uploads and catalog management). You’ll work closely with our account managers and design team to deliver measurable results and help establish scalable processes as we build this department from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: Paid Advertising Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search & Display) including keyword research, bid strategies, ad copy, and extensions. Manage paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, and related tools. Implement A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies. Ensure accurate conversion tracking and reporting across all campaigns. Manage and allocate ad budgets to maximize ROI and achieve client acquisition goals. Organic Social Media Management Develop and maintain content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Publish posts, stories, and video content that align with client goals and brand guidelines. Collaborate with the design and content team to produce engaging creative assets. Monitor community engagement (likes, comments, shares) and respond to foster meaningful audience interactions. Track and evaluate performance metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and growth. Collaboration & Strategy Partner with internal teams to align paid and organic strategies with client objectives. Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and social media campaigns (paid and organic). Google Ads Certification required (Search & Display preferred). Strong knowledge of PPC bidding strategies, keyword research, conversion optimization, and social content best practices. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and dashboard reporting (Looker Studio preferred). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Experience in healthcare or professional services marketing is a plus, but not required.
