Monitor patient vital signs (heart rate, oxygen levels, BP) and report any abnormalities. Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as per physician instructions. Use and manage critical care equipment: ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, etc. Collaborate closely with ICU doctors and other healthcare professionals. Provide post-operative care and trauma care in high-pressure environments. Record and document patient care accurately in medical records. Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical care. Follow infection control and hygiene protocols strictly. Participate in emergency codes (Code Blue) and respond to deteriorating patients. Assess patient responses to treatments and update care plans accordingly. Educate patients and families about the condition and recovery process when appropriate. Experience - 2 to 6 years
