Role Overview: The Head of Hotel Product will be responsible for leading, scaling, and optimizing the hotel business vertical across global markets. This role requires a strategic leader who can blend commercial acumen, product expertise, and technology integration to create a world-class hotel distribution and booking experience within the Company. Role & responsibilities 1. Product Strategy & Development Define and own the end-to-end hotel product roadmap from supplier integrations to user experience. Collaborate with technology and UI/UX teams to enhance booking flows, filters, and personalization features. Lead initiatives to integrate global hotel APIs (TBO, Gimmonix, Hotelbeds, WebBeds, etc.) and manage content accuracy, room mapping, and rate parity. Build and execute strategies for B2B, B2C, and corporate (B2E) segments. 2. Supplier Relations & Contracting Build and manage partnerships with global and regional hotel suppliers, OTAs, DMCs, and consolidators. Negotiate commercial terms, markups, and net rates to optimize margins and competitiveness. Ensure availability, rate parity, and content quality across the platform. 3. Business Growth & P&L Ownership Drive P&L accountability for the hotel product line focusing on volume, margin, and customer retention. Identify new revenue streams through bundles, ancillaries, and dynamic packaging. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing models to stay ahead in the global travel ecosystem. 4. Operations & Process Optimization Oversee booking, cancellation, refund, and TCS compliance workflows.
