You are seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Capability Development to join a team located in Noida, Sector 144. As an experienced training/consulting professional, you will be responsible for designing and driving leadership development programs. Your role will involve designing and implementing effective, client- and employee-centric training strategies for large organizations. Your key responsibilities will include being well-versed in designing and driving leadership trainings, implementing client and employee-centric training strategies, and understanding Training KPIs, TNI, Knowledge Transfer methods, tiered Knowledge expert programs, etc. You should be able to demonstrate a clear ROI between learning investment in people and the value delivered to the business. Additionally, you will manage a team of trainers to ensure consistency in practices, support IMUs and SGUs, and utilize Organization development models like Lewin's Change Management Model, McKinsey 7-S Framework, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model, Burke-Litwin Model of Organizational Change, as well as Leadership Development Models such as the Situational Leadership Model, the 70-20-10 Learning Model, and Servant and Adaptive leadership models. Collaboration with senior leaders and VP leadership development to identify leadership development needs, alignment with business objectives, and the design and implementation of leadership development programs across various levels of leadership are key aspects of your role. You will also conduct talent assessments, work closely with HR for seamless integration, provide leadership training and coaching, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and establish KPIs and metrics to measure program effectiveness. Your role will involve developing and executing a strategic vision for leadership development aligned with the organization's goals, ensuring continuous evaluation and refinement of programs, and managing the budget for leadership development initiatives to maximize impact and cost-effectiveness. Your ability to communicate the value and impact of leadership development programs to stakeholders and senior leadership will be crucial for success in this role.,
