About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. You will source, screen, and close candidates for roles that are mostly non-IT (about 80%) with some IT roles (about 20%).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment cycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining follow-up.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, employee referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and video screening calls to assess skills, experience, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
• Hire for non-IT roles such as sales, operations, customer support, accounts, admin, and back-office.
• Hire for IT roles such as developers, testers, and support engineers, in coordination with hiring managers.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary and close offers, and follow up with candidates to reduce drop-offs before joining.
• Maintain candidate trackers, MIS reports, and the recruitment database.
• Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
• Build a talent pipeline for recurring and future requirements.
• Support employer branding through job postings and candidate communication.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment (corporate or consultancy).
• Hands-on experience in both non-IT and IT hiring, with stronger exposure to non-IT.
• Good knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean search, and job portals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA in HR preferred).

• Experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Basic understanding of IT roles and tech stacks.
• Experience in bulk or volume hiring.
