About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles. The role requires someone who can independently source relevant candidates, manage recruitment pipelines, coordinate interviews, and identify practical ways to improve hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, customer support, operations, and corporate roles.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other relevant channels.

Screen applications, conduct initial calls, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interviews.

Build and maintain a talent pool for current and upcoming hiring requirements.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and improve candidate quality.

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring reports.

Monitor hiring progress, identify sourcing challenges, and suggest practical solutions to improve conversion and turnaround time.

Use ATS, HRMS, spreadsheets, and AI-powered tools to streamline recruitment workflows.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably across technical and non-technical roles.

Good candidate screening, communication, and interview coordination skills.

Ability to source candidates independently and manage multiple open positions.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to take ownership of hiring targets and pipeline challenges.

Comfortable using spreadsheets, recruitment tools, and AI-enabled platforms.
Good to have: Experience hiring for BPO, customer support, e-commerce, startups, or fast-paced business environments.
