We are looking for an experienced TA Lead to own hiring across the group, for both academic and non-academic roles, from entry level to leadership. You will set the hiring strategy, lead the recruitment team, manage agency partners, and make sure every school and branch is staffed with the right people on time.

Key Responsibilities 1. Hiring Strategy & Workforce Planning Own end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions across the group. Work with management and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and plan hiring in advance. Build sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and leadership roles. Set hiring timelines and priorities, and track progress against them.

2. Team Leadership Lead, guide and mentor the recruitment team, assigning positions and reviewing performance. Set clear targets for the team on closures, time-to-hire and quality of hire. Standardise recruitment processes, interview formats and evaluation criteria.

3. Sourcing & Selection Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, campus hiring and other channels. Personally handle senior and critical hires, including screening, interviews and closure. Ensure a strong, ready pipeline for recurring roles such as teachers, sales and admin staff.

4. Stakeholder & Candidate Management Act as the main point of contact between hiring managers and candidates. Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and keep the process moving. Lead salary discussions, offer negotiation, offer letters and joining follow-ups. Ensure a professional, timely and positive experience for every candidate.

5. Employer Branding & Partnerships Draft and approve job descriptions and postings that represent the brand well. Build and manage relationships with recruitment consultants and agencies, including terms and performance. Strengthen Rainbow's employer brand on LinkedIn and job portals.

6. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting Track and report key metrics: open positions, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio and cost per hire. Maintain the candidate database and ATS so data is accurate and up to date. Share regular hiring reports and insights with management.

Desired Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1-2 years leading a team or owning hiring for an organisation.
• Experience hiring for schools or educational institutions is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of hiring across levels, including senior and leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and ATS systems.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven, organised, and able to manage many open positions at once.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
