Talend Developer

You are a highly skilled and motivated Talend Developer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions using the Talend platform. Your strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and ability to work with large datasets will be crucial in your role. As a Talend Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing data workflows, data quality, and ensuring seamless integration of data across multiple systems. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing data integration processes using Talend Studio (both Talend Open Studio and Talend Data Integration). You will create and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources (e.g., databases, flat files, APIs) into target systems. Developing and managing complex data pipelines to support real-time and batch data integration will be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with business and technical teams is essential as you translate data requirements into efficient, scalable solutions. Your work will involve data cleansing, transformation, and data quality management. Additionally, you will integrate Talend with other tools and technologies such as databases, cloud platforms, and message queues. In your role, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL jobs, data synchronization, and performance to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of data integration solutions.
