Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad for a Forging Supervisor. The Forging Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the forging operations, ensuring the efficient and safe production of axle shafts. Daily tasks include monitoring the production process, coordinating with the team to meet production targets, maintaining equipment, ensuring quality control, and implementing safety protocols. The Forging Supervisor will also be responsible for training and mentoring staff, troubleshooting operational issues, and maintaining documentation related to production activities. Qualifications Experience in forging operations, production, and quality control Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of safety protocols and maintenance of forging equipment Technical skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Faridabad Relevant professional experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
