The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring efficient operation of information technology systems. Additional day-to-day tasks include training users on new systems, maintaining IT infrastructure, and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications Proficient in Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues Experience in providing Technical Support in an IT environment Strong knowledge of Information Technology systems and practices Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to communicate effectively with users Experience in Training users on IT systems and software Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work onsite Relevant certifications in IT are a plus Previous experience in a similar role preferred
