Role Overview: We are looking for a result-oriented Offline Sales Manager – Pet Category to drive growth in the pet care segment (accessories, grooming, and health products). The role involves expanding retail presence, managing distributors, and building strong relationships with channel partners to achieve sales and profitability targets. Key Responsibilities: Drive offline sales through distributors, pet shops, modern trade, and retail partners. Identify and onboard new distributors/retailers across key geographies. Build strong trade networks and ensure product availability and visibility in pet stores. Plan and execute dealer schemes, and retail activations. Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activity, customer feedback, and retail execution. Collaborate with supply chain to ensure timely inventory availability. Train and guide the sales team/merchandisers to achieve performance goals. Track sales targets, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to management. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of channel sales & retail distribution in pet category. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Leadership ability to manage and motivate sales teams. Analytical mindset with good reporting & planning skills. Passion for pets and understanding of pet care industry trends (preferred). Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in offline sales/distribution management (FMCG or pet industry preferred). Proven track record of building and scaling retail/distributor networks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
