Proactively managing and resolving on-tour issues like weather disruptions or health emergencies will be crucial for guaranteeing a smooth travel experience. Stay updated on the latest travel deals, promotions, and new products to offer clients the best options available. Utilize cutting-edge travel management software and CRM systems to manage bookings and client information effectively. Ensure adherence to travel regulations, health and safety guidelines, and company policies. A Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Business, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience as a travel agent or being an avid traveler is a bonus. Strong knowledge of travel management software, basic computer skills, and proficiency in MS Office are required. Ability to speak multiple languages and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Efficient negotiation and sales skills are also required.
