Perform stability studies, compatibility testing, and analytical evaluations of formulations. Document formulation trials, batch records, and protocols in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with QA/QC, Regulatory, and Production teams for product approval and commercialization. Stay updated with industry trends, new ingredients, and formulation technologies. Troubleshoot formulation issues and modify existing products as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy , Pharmaceutical Sciences , Chemistry , or related field. 1–5 years of experience in formulation development (nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry preferred). Good knowledge of GMP , GLP , and regulatory guidelines (FDA, FSSAI, ICH). Hands-on experience with formulation equipment and analytical instruments.
