Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Tailor Master who can handle stitching, pattern cutting, fitting, alterations,Embriodery, and overall garment finishing. The candidate should also be comfortable interacting with customers, assisting in sales, and promoting boutique services.
Key Responsibilities:
-Take accurate body measurements of clients.
-Create cutting patterns for Kids Garments.
-Stitch garments with high precision and neat finishing.
-Handle alterations, repairs, and fitting adjustments.
-Ensure timely delivery of all orders.
-Greet and assist customers in selecting designs, fabrics, and styles.
-Help customers understand trends, fits, and customization options.
-Maintain strong customer relationships to increase repeat business.
-Support billing, order entry, and customer inquiries when required.
-Maintain stock of threads, accessories, buttons, lining fabric, etc.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years experience as a Tailor Master.
Expertise in cutting, drafting, and stitching.
Knowledge of Kids Garments.
Ability to work fast with high-quality finishing.
Basic communication skills for dealing with customers.
Sales or customer-service experience preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
