The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves reporting sales activities and customer feedback to the management, attending sales meetings, and participating in training sessions. Effectively implementing sales strategies to meet company goals will be an essential part of the role. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management Ability to identify potential clients and understand customer needs Experience in conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations Capability to achieve sales targets and report activities regularly Willingness to travel and work on the field Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Relevant experience in sales roles, preferably in the software or technology sector
