TABLET MANUFACTRING CHEMIST (CLAV)

Job Description

We are urgently looking for a skilled and experienced Tablet Chemist with 7–8 years of hands-on experience in tablet manufacturing , specifically in the preparation of clav formulations (Amoxicillin + Clavulanic Acid). Key Responsibilities: Independently handle tablet manufacturing processes, especially clav formulation. Ensure proper blending, granulation, compression, and coating operations. Maintain batch records and comply with GMP/GLP norms. Monitor and control manufacturing parameters to ensure consistency and quality. Coordinate with QA, QC, and engineering departments for smooth operations. Maintain strict documentation and SOP adherence. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in a tablet manufacturing unit. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Clav tablet processing. Understanding of pharmaceutical industry standards, GMP guidelines, and documentation. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related field preferred. Ability to handle a team and manage shift operations independently.
