Role Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business objectives. Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Tableau. Design and implement data visualizations that convey actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in visualizations. Optimize Tableau performance to enhance user experience. Participate in data gathering and requirement analysis. Provide training and support for end users on Tableau functionalities. Document processes and procedures related to data management. Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business intelligence initiatives. Stay updated with the latest trends in data visualization and Tableau capabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau workbooks and data sources. Assist in data preparation and validation tasks. Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on work progress. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role. Strong understanding of data visualization best practices. Experience with SQL for data extraction and reporting. Proficient in data modeling and ETL processes. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with additional BI tools is a plus. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy. Knowledge of dashboard design principles and techniques. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prior experience in a fast-paced work environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.
