Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Consultant located in Defence Colony. The Fashion Consultant will engage with clients to provide personalized fashion advice, recommend products, and foster a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting with product selection, maintaining in-depth product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires building strong client relationships and ensuring that customers’ individual style needs are met while upholding the brand’s values of craftsmanship and quality. Qualifications Strong knowledge of products, textiles, and handlooms, with expertise in fashion consulting Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients Customer service skills, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience Sales experience with a proven ability to achieve targets and drive customer satisfaction Passion for fashion, Indian textiles, and preserving artisan heritage Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Prior experience in luxury or retail sectors is a plus
