TA Analyst I

Role Overview: The role involves effectively handling transactions for allocated portfolios and end-to-end processing in line with reinsurance accounting principles. You will need to correspond with internal and external clients to resolve issues and enhance your skills within established policies and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Consistently deliver on operational commitments - Handle Technical Accounting mandates including Key Performance Indicators & Quality Parameters to accelerate Cash in the books - Validate Premium and Claims to align with contractual terms - Collaborate with team members to achieve team activities in specific markets - Deliver results within multiple-matrixed teams - Build strong communication lines with cross-functional teams - Contribute to strengthening client relationships - Handle relevant business processes and business coordination with cross-functional teams Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Insurance, or related field - 1+ years of work experience in banking, insurance, or financial services industry - Strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills - Good data analytical skills with expertise in advanced Excel - Sound knowledge of Insurance Products and understanding of Insurance/Reinsurance Value Chain Additional Company Details: Swiss Re is a leading provider of reinsurance, insurance, and risk transfer solutions, working towards enhancing global resilience.
