T24 Functional Analyst (FPA)

To join our vibrant team, we are looking for a T24 Functional Analyst with a great deal of experience and expertise. You will be essential to the setup, modification, and maintenance of our main financial system as a T24 FPA. In order to comprehend their needs and convert them into technical solutions, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Functional Expertise:
• Deep understanding of T24 modules, including Loans, Deposits, Payments, and Treasury.
• Proficiency in T24 configuration, parameterization, and workflow management.
• Knowledge of T24's integration capabilities with other systems.
• Business Analysis:
• Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Identifying process gaps and proposing innovative solutions.
• Collaborating with business users to understand their needs and pain points.
• Implementation and Support:
• Participating in T24 implementation projects, including system configuration, data migration, and testing.
• Providing ongoing support for T24 applications, resolving incidents and addressing user queries.
• Performing system upgrades and patches.
• Problem-Solving:
• Troubleshooting complex issues and providing timely solutions.
• Analyzing system errors and identifying root causes.
• Change Management:
• Managing change requests and impact assessments.
• Developing and delivering training materials and user guides.
• Project Management:
• Contributing to project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely delivery.
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in T24.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and processes.
• outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems.
• strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• the capacity to function both alone and together.
• Experience in project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Certification in T24 is a plus.
