About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct internal audits at the head office and plant level for large-scale organizations, ensuring compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, and industry standards. 2. Review and analyze transactions from a process improvement perspective, identifying control gaps and recommending best practices in line with industry benchmarks. 3. Perform concurrent audits at both head office and plant locations to ensure real-time monitoring and effective risk management. 4. Execute various types of audits across locations within Maharashtra and other states as required, including operational, compliance, and special-purpose audits. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and provide value-added insights for process enhancement and risk mitigation. 6. Prepare audit reports with clear observations, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations for management. Freshly qualified chartered accountant (CA): Looking to gain broad-based industry exposure and grow within the practice, with potential to become part of the management team in the future. 2. Graduates/Postgraduates in commerce: BCom or MCom with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in audit, accounting, or finance functions. Technical skills: 1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word 2. Experience with any accounting or ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.) will be considered an added advantage.
