Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Specialist based in Mumbai. The Reservations Specialist will handle day-to-day reservation tasks, including managing bookings, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role also involves coordinating with the sales team, providing training to staff, and optimizing reservation systems for efficiency.
