Systems Reliability Engineer - Product-line Agricultural Machinery System

As a Systems Reliability Engineer for the Product-line Agricultural Machinery System at ZF, your role involves being the local technical lead and supporting the global team. You will act as the contact person and representative of the agricultural product line in India, supporting Indian product localization and engineering. Your responsibilities also include consulting the product line/engineering with Indian expertise such as Agricultural application know-how, Local Legal requirement, drive-line design, and supplier knowledge. Additionally, you will establish drive-train specification with Product Management and follow up with Engineering. You will serve as a key interface between Customer Engineering and ZF expert team to ensure Systems-interfaces to the customer. Furthermore, you will consult ZF engineering for Indian production capability, supplier selection, and development. You will support the reliability team on-site and globally, ensuring product reliability for the Indian and global market. Qualifications required for this position include a degree in mechanical, automotive engineering, vehicle technology, or related field. You should have 5+ years of professional experience in the engineering of drive-train products in the off-highway market together with customers and the supply base. Additionally, having very good system knowledge ideally in the agricultural environment is essential. Excellent team spirit, flexibility, willingness to travel, and German language skills are beneficial for this role.
