Role Overview: As a Systems Engineering Practitioner, you will be responsible for designing and developing engineering systems associated with physical products. This will include ensuring feature functionality, engineering architecture, system integrations, simulations, and test methods align with project requirements. You will play a key role in managing feature plan implementation and conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA) to enhance product reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Perform independently and become subject matter expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute in team discussions. - Provide solutions to work-related problems. - Facilitate the integration of various engineering systems for seamless functionality. - Conduct thorough testing and validation of engineering designs to meet quality standards. Qualifications Required: - Must have proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles. - Experience with simulation tools and methodologies. - Ability to conduct design failure mode effect analysis effectively. - Familiarity with project management practices for overseeing feature plan implementation. Company Details: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - This position is based at the Indore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required for this role.
