Key Responsibilities: - Designing, implementing, and deploying advanced AI models - Collaborating with global teams to identify data requirements and develop tailored AI solutions - Conducting experiments in computer vision, forecasting, and statistical modeling - Optimizing models for performance and scalability - Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of AI excellence - Staying current with AI advancements and applying emerging techniques Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and deep learning, with a focus on computer vision - Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn - Familiarity with modern AI architectures, including Transformers and foundation models - Knowledge of NLP and multimodal AI systems is a plus - Experience with cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment pipelines - Proficiency with Linux systems, Git, and CI/CD workflows Additionally, you should understand agent-based AI systems and advanced paradigms like Agentic AI, have hands-on experience in multimodal AI, and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs). Your proven ability to work on dynamic, research-oriented projects will be crucial to success in this role.
