Job Description

As an AI Model Designer at our company, your role will involve designing, implementing, and deploying advanced AI models to tackle complex business and customer challenges. You will collaborate with global teams to identify data requirements, integrate datasets, and develop customized AI solutions. Conducting experiments in areas like computer vision and statistical modeling will be crucial for driving impactful outcomes. Additionally, you will optimize models for performance and scalability by leveraging techniques such as transfer learning and fine-tuning. Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a culture of AI excellence are also key responsibilities. It is essential to stay updated on AI advancements and apply emerging techniques to enhance solutions and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and deploy advanced AI models to address challenging business and customer problems. - Collaborate with global teams to identify data requirements, integrate datasets, and develop tailored AI solutions. - Conduct experiments in computer vision, forecasting, and statistical modeling for impactful results. - Optimize models for performance and scalability using techniques like transfer learning, fine-tuning, and advanced architecture design. - Mentor junior team members and help foster a culture of AI excellence. - Keep abreast of AI advancements and apply emerging techniques to improve solutions and processes. Qualification Required: - 4-6 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and deep learning with a focus on computer vision. - Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. - Familiarity with modern AI architectures including Transformers and foundation models. - Knowledge of NLP and multimodal AI systems would be beneficial. - Experience with cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment pipelines. - Familiarity with annotation tools for data preparation (e.g., LabelMe, etc.). - Proficiency with Linux systems, Git, and CI/CD workflows. - Understanding of agent-based AI systems and advanced paradigms like Agentic AI. - Hands-on experience in multimodal AI and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs). - Demonstrated ability to work on dynamic, research-oriented projects.,
