Systems Architect (MS exchange )- Gurgaon

As a Systems Architect specializing in MS Exchange at Insight, you will be entrusted with maintaining, overseeing the operations, and addressing issues related to the client's Microsoft Exchange server infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass the design, administration, and establishment of system standards for messaging and communication team solutions, focusing on Microsoft Exchange Online/On-prem, email security, break/fix troubleshooting, server/software updates, and feature enhancements to MS Exchange and Exchange servers, in addition to general IT Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 8-12+ years of expertise in Exchange Systems Administration/Engineering, NOC operations, remote troubleshooting, customer management, and other relevant IT services. A comprehensive understanding of O365 Mail flow, interaction between OnPrem and Exchanges, and hands-on experience with Exchange 2013 to 2019, as well as Exchange Online (M365), is essential. Moreover, proficiency in ADFS, AADC, and Active Directory is a prerequisite for this position.
