The “ System Analyst ” will be based in Coimbatore, reporting to Manager. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with business clients on a granular level and work through difficult business issues. What a typical day looks like: Ability to facilitate meetings among stakeholders with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view, including strong negotiation skills, and developing strong client and vendor relationships. Experience in managing projects using Agile methodology. Define the outcome for sprints and releases and prioritizes the initiatives for the scrum teams. Strong capabilities in defining, creating, and managing high quality user stories. Conduct sprint planning meetings, scrum, sprint demos and retrospective meetings with onshore and offshore teams. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Experience in performing detailed data analysis, including ability to create, run, and modify SQL queries to pull data from source databases for data analysis and mapping activities. This role is aligned to be working closely customers and the implementation team. So, having excellent communication skills is necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude. Ensure standards compliance and institutionalization of best practice. Should understand quickly about company's business practices and familiarity with the company's products and service.
