System Validation Engineer

In this role of System Debug/Triage, you will be responsible for debugging/triaging all functionality/stability issues that arise during the validation of Automotive released images and customer-reported issues. Your key responsibilities include: - Triage, replicate, analyze, and take ownership of the defects that come up during the validation process. - Debug the issues thoroughly until the root cause is identified down to a component level. Additionally, you may be required to perform the following tasks: - Source code debugging - Implement fixes and test them - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, discuss, and resolve issues effectively. As for the qualifications required for this role, the following are the key qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - M. S or a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field with 8-12 years of Experience - 5+ years of experience in hands-on debugging software/Firmware applications in the Automotive domain - Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, BIOS, Firmware, network and Hypervisor, Android - Proficiency in languages such as C, C++, Python, or Bash - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Effective written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Automotive Platforms and Use cases - Knowledge of software product life cycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps Practices and tools - Cloud-native SW application knowledge and debugging (e.g., AWS, Azure) - Ability to work with distributed teams across different time zones If you possess 2 to 8 years of experience with strong C/C++ knowledge and meet the qualifications mentioned above, this role could be a perfect fit for you.,
