System Analyst / Implementers

The candidate with B.Tech or Equivalent in E.C.E. (preferred)/ C.S.E having good knowledge of SQL & Networking. You should be able to properly guide, analyze & record requirements of clients while considering the company's Gap Analysis constraints & policies. Providing proper user training at the client's end and guiding about server/hardware configuration are key responsibilities. You will be responsible for preparing various documents like Site Readiness Form, customer site visit report, Gap Analysis Form/scope of work, Software maintenance Points, MOM, Training Job card, and implementation Sign off for the client. Your role involves providing on-site or off-site support via online sessions when necessary. Taking care of the client and ensuring the proper flow of any new process with DFD diagrams is crucial. Gathering and providing information related to competitors, taking regular feedback from clients of newly implemented projects, and giving/taking proper feedback of all tasks & projects are essential tasks. You may also be assigned other relevant jobs by the management occasionally. Preferably, you should have experience in implementing healthcare software in hospitals and possess good communication skills.
