Job Description: Configuration and managing on premises and Firewall devices. Server and other critical device monitoring and issue reporting to respective team Monitoring and issue reporting for ILL, SIP and PRI links. Managing backup solutions for local servers, shared storage and critical systems Implement automated scripts for required IT jobs. Managing end to end LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi networks. Monitoring and issue reporting for ILL, SIP and PRI links. Install, Configure and Maintain local file server and storage systems. Installing and Managing calling servers and end user IP phone devices. Configuring SSL-VPN on end user systems and troubleshooting issues. Handling of IT device procurement and IT Invoice management. Understanding the Software and Hardware requirement for the end user systems as per their functional requirements. Installing and configuring operating system (Window, Linux, Mac) and application system software on end user systems. Troubleshooting and fixing software and hardware issues on end user systems. Maintain Asset inventory records for all the IT assets. Installing, configuring and fixing of Printers and Scanners Configuring official email account on end user email clients and troubleshooting email issues. Understanding and implementing the software and Hardware upgrade requirement on end user systems. Understanding and implementation of software patch management for end user systems, servers,firewalls and networkdevices. Maintain the SLA for the end user issues and request raised in Jira ticketing tool Maintain employee exit checklist and implement access conrtol restriction on IT assets
