Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator with 2–5 years of experience in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and end-user systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows/Linux server administration, system monitoring, user management, IT support, and infrastructure maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Manage and monitor servers, desktops, laptops, and IT infrastructure.
• Perform Active Directory administration, including user account creation, access management, and group policies.
• Manage Microsoft 365, email accounts, and user access permissions.
• Monitor system performance, server health, and network connectivity.
• Perform regular data backups, restoration, and disaster recovery activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system-related issues.
• Manage antivirus, endpoint security, and system updates/patches.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and infrastructure-related requirements.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
• Knowledge of Linux server administration (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL).
• Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewalls.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Outlook administration.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with backup solutions, antivirus, and endpoint security tools.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
